Meetings and Special Events

Hotel Ruidoso has a fully equipped conference/event space on site. Depending upon the event set up requirements, we can generally accommodate up to 75 people.

For meetings and conferences, the space has a built in 72″ Magnetic marker board, Podium, State of the Art Video Projector, Screen, LCD TV, Microphone and an audio-visual cart available. We can provide catering service for your events, as well as, snack and beverage service upon request.

We are also the perfect size for small wedding receptions, ceremonies, baby showers, bridal showers, luncheons, group catered dinners and other social events.
